meet REBECCA
I am a Face Yoga Teacher, based in Greenwich, CT. My passion for all things beauty and wellness lead me here and I am so grateful that I was able to turn my love into a career. I love to help others so not only am I doing what I enjoy, it benefits my own skin and I get to show others how to improve their skin too!
I am 46, a Mum to 3 amazing children, married to a loving husband with 2 dogs and a cat! Busy mom life! I grew up in Surrey, England and moved to the USA 12 years ago. I love living in Greenwich and now don’t think I could ever live away from the water again! Being near the water calms me!
How did I get into Face Yoga? I have always had to work at my skin - acne through most of my life and now signs of aging. So finding face yoga really gave me some control over my own skin care. I can’t wait to continue on this journey of learning, improving, nurturing and teaching!
My background is Event Management and marketing for large corporate firms in London where I was able to travel the world and eat the best food out there! Always feeling so blessed.
